• Lead generation: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, location, enquiry details, and other information submitted through our lead qualification processes by individuals seeking car finance or life insurance, and by people enquiring on behalf of a business about commercial solar. For life insurance enquiries this includes date of birth, gender, the level of cover sought, and whether the individual has smoked or used nicotine in the last 12 months.
• Client relationships: Business contact details, company names, phone numbers, and email addresses of the brokers, advisers, installers, and lenders we work with.
• Website usage: Non-identifying data such as browser type, IP address, and page interactions collected via standard web analytics tools.

Sensitive information

Some information collected through our life insurance enquiry process — specifically, whether an individual has smoked or used nicotine in the last 12 months — is health information, and is therefore sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We handle sensitive information on the following basis:

• It is collected only with the individual's consent, given at the point they complete our enquiry form
• It is collected only where reasonably necessary to match the enquiry to an appropriately licensed adviser
• It is disclosed only to the single adviser or broker to whom that enquiry is exclusively assigned
• It is not used or disclosed for any other purpose, and is never sold, traded, or provided to third parties for marketing

An individual may decline to provide this information, though doing so may mean we are unable to progress their enquiry.

How we use personal information

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Qualify and deliver car finance, life insurance and commercial solar enquiries (leads) to relevant licensed professionals
• Communicate with clients regarding lead delivery, quality, and our services
• Improve our qualification processes and lead quality standards
• Comply with legal obligations
• Respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form or booking calendar

We do not use personal information for unsolicited marketing to lead subjects beyond the initial intended purpose of their enquiry.

Disclosure of personal information

Lead information (names, contact details, and enquiry details) is disclosed exclusively to the single broker, adviser, installer, or lender to whom the lead is assigned. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose lead information to third parties beyond this exclusive recipient.

We may disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where we have a legal obligation to do so.

We may use third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure, SMS delivery, and analytics services) to support our operations. These providers are selected with regard to privacy and security standards and are not permitted to use personal information for their own purposes.
